FXRP officially launched on the Flare mainnet as the inaugural asset of the FAssets protocol, enabling XRP to be used in DeFi applications.

To ensure a secure and stable rollout, the minting of FXRP was initially capped at 5 million tokens for the first week following its launch.

Within hours of its launch, over $7.1 million worth of XRP was locked in Flare's core vault to mint FXRP, demonstrating strong initial interest.
