Mike Ho serves as Executive Chairman of American Bitcoin Corp. He is also Chief Strategy Officer of Hut 8 Corp. Prior to Hut 8, Mike co-founded and served as Chief Executive Officer and Board Chair of US Bitcoin Corp and is a member of the Young Presidents Organization. ^{[1] [2]}

Mike Ho attended Simon Fraser University, where he pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a concentration in general Business and Commerce. ^[1]

Career

Mike Ho is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of US Bitcoin Corp, a role he has held since 2020. He has also served as Managing Director of MKH International Ltd in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, since April 2015. From September 2019 to November 2020, Ho was Co-Founder of SurelyWell, based in Anaheim, California, United States. Between January 2012 and January 2015, he owned Vancouver Motorcars Ltd, an automotive dealership in Vancouver, Canada. During this same period, from March 2011 to January 2015, he founded and managed Sprouthire, a recruitment and job search platform. Earlier in his career, from March 2007 to December 2011, Ho founded AccountsDen, an eCommerce platform for virtual gaming goods based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.^{[1] [3]}
