Nadav Kemper is an entrepreneur and product design expert who is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Quack AI. ^[1] He is recognized for his contributions to the customer experience (CX) industry, where he advocates for shifting support models from reactive problem-solving to proactive, human-centered interactions enhanced by artificial intelligence. ^[2]​

Education

Nadav Kemper studied Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia at Reichman University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) between 2014 and 2018. In addition to his university education, Kemper completed training in User Experience and Product Design at Create Future from 2017 to 2018, where he studied UX methodologies and product design principles. ^[2]

Career

Nadav Kemper began his career with the Hebrew Scouts Movement in Israel, where he held several roles between 2011 and 2018 in the Tel Aviv Area, Israel, including Tribe Manager (2011–2013), Regional Project Manager (2013–2016), and Project and Product Manager (2016–2018), contributing to digital tools used by scouting communities.

In 2019, he co-founded Meetee, serving as Product Manager and Co-founder (2019–2020), where he worked on AI-assisted meeting productivity tools. During the same period, he joined Splitit as Product Manager, B2B2C (2019–2021) in the Tel Aviv Area, Israel, contributing to the development of installment payment solutions for e-commerce.

Kemper later held Lead Product Manager roles at Jasper (July 2021 – September 2022) and Roundforest (September 2022 – February 2023) in Tel Aviv, Israel, while also participating in the product development initiative Re:Invented between 2019 and 2023.

In March 2023, he co-founded Quack AI, serving as Chief Executive Officer until February 2026, when the company was acquired by AUI (Augmented Intelligence). Following the acquisition, he joined AUI as Director of Business Development in February 2026 in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. He also co-hosted “The Future of CX” podcast from June 2024 to January 2026. ^{[2] [3]}
