Nicola White studied at University of Waterloo, where she earned a Bachelor of Mathematics in Computer Science (1998–2003). She previously attended Our Lady Of Lourdes (1993–1998). [2]
Nicola White serves as Vice President of Crypto Institutions at Robinhood (since February 2025), where she oversees institutional relationships and related product initiatives. She previously held senior leadership roles at B2C2, including Chief Executive Officer and President of its U.S. entity (2021–2023). Earlier, she was Managing Director and Global Chief Operating Officer for fixed income, currencies, and commodities at Citadel Securities (2016–2020), following a non-compete period through mid-2021. White spent nearly 13 years at Morgan Stanley (2003–2016), where she held a range of roles across electronic fixed income trading and market structure, culminating in Managing Director positions leading electronic rates and fixed income functions.
