Temmy (full name Olayinka Hammed Temitope) is a DeFi researcher, educator, and content writer with a goal to onboard and educate people about DeFi. ^[1][2]

Education

Temmy attended Olabisi Onabanjo University in 2018 and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2022. He was also a student of Decentralized Finance at The Nirvana Academy, a DeFi-focused community and launchpad for crypto education^[3] from June 2019 to September 2022. ^[2]

Career

Temmy started his career as a freelance Community Manager in March 2021. In June 2021, he worked at Nirvana DAO as a DeFi Researcher. In June 2022, he served as an Ambassador at Aura Finance until February 2023. In June 2022, he also worked as a Web3 Marketer at Third Academy^[5]. In September 2022, he became an Ambassador at Bitmama^[6]. He also serves as an Ambassador and Influencer for Kyber Network and Gate.io respectively. ^[4]

Temmy serves as a Key Opinion Leader (KOL) for a few web3-focused companies: Mantle Network, Venom Foundation^[7], Sei Labs^[8], Gains Network, and Pear Protocol. ^[2]

Temmy has built up a large following on Twitter^[1] and LinkedIn^[2] where he shares educational threads about DeFi. He has over 20,000 followers on Twitter and the most popular thread^[9] which covered his top 20 DeFi research tools received over 1,000 retweets and 2,000 likes. ^[1][9]
