Varo is a token launchpad on Robinhood Chain, operated by Rialto. ^[2] Built on Uniswap V3's contract architecture, Varo allows tokens to be traded instantly through integrated liquidity pools at the time of issuance, without custom bonding curves or graduation fees. ^[2]​

Mechanism

Each token issued on Varo has a fixed supply of 100 million tokens, launched entirely into a single-sided liquidity pool at an initial market capitalization set by Varo — for example, 60,000 USDG or 30 WETH. ^[2] No token allocation is reserved for the Varo team or developers, and liquidity positions are permanently locked in the contract. The platform charges a 1% trading fee on pools, initially splitting the fee 30% to Rialto and 70% to token creators. Later, Varo adjusted this, decreasing its protocol share to 20% and increasing the creator share to 80%, described as the highest creator share of any launchpad on Robinhood Chain. ^{[1] [2]}​

Varo employs a "one code corresponds to one token" mechanism intended to prevent confusion between tokens sharing the same name. Varo integrates with platforms including Uniswap, GMGN, LI.FI, BasedBot, and Definitive. ^[2]​

Launch and Metrics

Varo launched on Robinhood Chain in July 2026. Within its first 14 hours, the platform facilitated the launch of 1,410 tokens, generating 583,200 in creator fees, and 154,200 total trades. ^[3] According to Tom Wan, Head of Data at Entropy Advisors, Varo accounted for approximately 10% of Robinhood Chain's daily token launches less than 24 hours after going live. In an Entropy Advisors dashboard snapshot dated July 28, 2026, Varo recorded 845 token deployments, ranking third among Robinhood Chain launchpads by daily volume, behind Pons (5,944 tokens) and Flap (1,855 tokens). ^[3]​

Content Moderation

Varo has stated it has been approached by bad actors from other ecosystems seeking to launch celebrity-associated tokens. The platform describes itself as permissionless infrastructure, stating that anyone can deploy a token on it and that deployment does not constitute an endorsement by Varo. ^[1]​
