Fiona Murray’s career has focused on financial technology and enterprise payments, with roles spanning sales leadership and regional management across Europe and Asia-Pacific. She began her career in business development and sales positions at Misys (later Finastra), Fiserv, and Oracle, where she worked with financial institutions on digital channels and payments-related initiatives.
Murray joined Ripple in 2018 as Director of Sales in the United Kingdom. She subsequently assumed regional leadership roles in Asia-Pacific, serving as Regional Vice President and later Vice President and Head of Sales for APAC, overseeing sales operations across a diverse set of markets and clients. In November 2023, she was appointed Managing Director for Asia Pacific, based in Singapore. In this role, she is responsible for Ripple’s regional operations and strategy, including activities related to payments, custody, and tokenization services, as well as the expansion of the company’s presence in the Asia-Pacific region.
