Career

After graduating from university, Cho started his career in the Oil & Gas industry, providing engineering services in both South Korean and international EPC companies until leaving Aramco Asia Korea in 2023.^[2][3]

Jaewon joined IQ.wiki in 2023 and he has a strong interest in applying blockchain technology to the industries he has been involved in and is particularly passionate about technology and theory-related content on IQ.wiki.^[1]

Jaewon holds a professional engineer certification in Canada, specifically in the provinces of Alberta and British Columbia. Currently, he works as the Director of Engineering in a company that manufactures equipment for cathode active materials which is a part of the emerging Battery industry.^[2]

Education and Personal Life

In 1987, he received his master's degree from the Graduate School of Engineering at Kookmin University, with a thesis topic focused on stress distribution in cracks using photo-elastic and finite element analysis. In 2002, he immigrated to Canada, and in 2014, he returned to South Korea, where he now lives with his family.
