Education

Fernandez graduated from the Universidad Politecnica de Madrid with a diploma in Technical Architecture in 2013. He later attended the Universidad Europea and earned a degree in Building Engineering in 2014. ^[1]

Career

Fernandez began his career as an assistant site manager and technical architect at ESMETEC from April 2011 to March 2014. He directed and executed the construction of 11 industrial warehouses in a Toledo industrial park and managed the structural rehabilitation of a chalet in Madrid. From March 2014 to July 2015, he worked as a technical architect and project designer at NEO DESIGN, where he managed construction projects, including residential and commercial spaces and renovations. His role involved cost control, project execution, and 3D modeling for architecture and interior design projects. He then joined GrupGO from December 2016 to October 2017 as a site manager, overseeing the construction, renovation, and rehabilitation of existing buildings and interior design projects. ^[3]

In April 2018, he moved to INSITU Obras y Proyectos S.L., where he worked as a project designer and technical assistant until September 2020. During this time, he focused on the comprehensive renovation of office buildings, including constructing coworking spaces and redesigning office interiors. Since August 2015, Fernandez has freelanced as a project designer, specializing in 3D modeling and rendering for architecture, interior design, and event proposals. He continued this work alongside his other roles, offering expertise in various aspects of building and design projects. ^[3]

In September 2020, he began working as a technical architect and building engineer under MR-ARQUITECTURA TÉCNICA, where he has continued to provide freelance services in Barcelona, focusing on architectural modeling and project management. In May 2023, Fernandez became the co-director of the DEXT FORCE Festival, a global event centered on decentralized finance (DeFi), blockchain, and AI, combining these themes with music and immersive activities. ^[3][4]
