Education

Norman Reed graduated from Ohio State University, with a bachelor’s degree in political science and later a master’s degree in history. After his master's degree, he completed his education at Columbia University, acquiring a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. [1]

Career

Norman Reed's professional career started at an international firm, working for 3 years before joining the Federal Bank of New York where he worked for 6 years and a half. During his time at the Federal Bank, he met Karen Gifford, Labs' Chief Compliance Officer at the time, who influenced him to start working at . After working at the Federal Bank, Norman worked at the SEC in the division of Trading and Markets until 2007 and joined Labs as their General Counsel in 2015. [1][2]
