Crypto Winter Solidarity Fund

In 2022, Alekseev announced the launch of a $200-million support program for global cryptocurrency exchanges facing challenges due to the crypto winter. The funds were to be administered through the fund led by Roman Alekseev and his partners, as mentioned in an Instagram post. ^[4]
