Violetta Ziborova

Violetta Ziborova is the Director of IQ.wiki at IQ, where she leads product and development for the encyclopedia and oversees IQ.wiki and related content initiatives across the IQ ecosystem.^[2] She has been part of the IQ ecosystem since 2017.

Career

Violetta first joined IQ, formerly Everipedia, in 2017 and has spent several years working on the content and development of the IQ.wiki encyclopedia. From November 2017 to February 2022, she served as Executive Editor at IQ, where she was responsible for overseeing editorial standards, coordinating article creation, and managing contributions to the encyclopedia.​

From March 2022 to August 2026, Violetta worked as Content Manager at IQ.wiki, leading the content team and managing content strategy for the encyclopedia.

Since August 2026, Violetta has been Director of IQ.wiki at IQ (BrainDAO), leading product and development for the encyclopedia. In this role she oversees IQ.wiki and related content initiatives, manages the content team, and contributes to shaping the direction of IQ.wiki within the broader IQ ecosystem.^[2]​

In addition to her work at IQ, Violetta worked as an AI Training Contributor at Outlier from May 2024 to October 2024, where she evaluated and ranked large language model outputs and provided structured feedback to improve model performance.​

Previously, Violetta worked as an English as a second language teacher and freelance interpreter.​

Early Life & Education

Violetta was born and raised in Mariupol, Ukraine, and then lived in Kharkiv, Ukraine. She later relocated to Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Violetta went to the H.S. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University. She graduated in 2018 and received her Master's degree in Teaching English as a Second Language.^[1]​
