Wesley Wslyvh is a Dev Lead at the Ethereum Foundation, where he organizes events such as Devcon and Devconnect. He is also a fellow at Ethereum Protocol Fellowship, contributing to improving censorship-resistance, and an open-source contributor to core projects, infrastructure and SDKs. 

Education

At Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences from 2006 to 2007, Wslyvh specialized in Technology, Design & Innovation within the field of Interactive Media. ^[1]

During the period from 2003 to 2007, Wslyvh attended Media College Amsterdam, earning a Multimedia Designer degree with a specialization in Interaction Design. ^[1]

Career

Wslyvh served as the Technical Lead for the Blockchain Centre of Expertise at Shell in a contract position in Amsterdam, overseeing the technical roadmap and managing the development team for Ethereum-based blockchain projects. He was featured by Forbes in the top 50 professionals worldwide working with blockchain technology. ^[2]

Additionally, Wslyvh played a part-time role as a Co-Founder and Board Member at Blockchain Netherlands, a non-profit foundation connecting the Dutch Blockchain ecosystem. He also worked as a Blockchain Tech Lead in London, United Kingdom, with ConsenSys, the largest global blockchain technology specialist, leading the Enterprise delivery team and serving as Tech Lead for Komgo, a Trade Finance Blockchain Consortium. ^[2]

His career includes diverse roles, such as Head of Engineering in Almere, Netherlands, Agile Coach at Accenture the Netherlands, Software Development Consultant at Avanade, Solution Architect at Achmea, and Scrum Master/Tech Lead at Roche Diagnostics in Lucerne, Switzerland. He has also worked as a Technical Solution Lead at Shell, Web Developer at eFocus, and .NET Web Developer at ProImpact. ^[2]
