Will Beeson is a digital-asset and stablecoin infrastructure professional who founded Uniform Labs in 2025 and serves as its chief executive officer. He is the founder and CEO of Multiliquid, a liquidity platform designed to move capital between tokenized assets and digital cash.[1][2][3]
Beeson holds a Bachelor of Arts from Amherst College. He received the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter from the CFA Institute in November 2012 and has been affiliated with CFA Society since that month.[2]
Beeson’s experience spans traditional financial markets, banking, and digital assets. He co-founded Allica Bank, a UK challenger bank serving small and medium-sized businesses, and has also been associated with Citi and Standard Chartered.[1][4]
At Standard Chartered, Beeson worked in digital assets and later served as chief product officer at Libeara. He led the development of institutional tokenization infrastructure there, including the creation of ULTRA, an investment-grade-rated tokenized money-market fund developed with Wellington Management. Beeson has described ULTRA as one of the first tokenized money-market funds.[1][4][3]
Earlier work included roles involving European high-yield and distressed-credit analysis and Italian mergers and acquisitions. Lloyd Thomas, CFA, said he worked with Beeson on Advicorp’s European high-yield desk, where they covered European funds and advised the firm’s proprietary traders. Thomas credited Beeson with researching high-yield and distressed situations, modeling relative-value opportunities and expected recovery values, and communicating with clients. Matteo Petti said Beeson worked on Methorios Capital’s team for Italian mergers and acquisitions, asset sales, and fundraising, including deals involving cross-border investors. Petti cited Beeson’s financial modeling, deal structuring, business development, knowledge of the Italian legal and regulatory environment, and ability to communicate in Italian.[2]
Beeson founded Uniform Labs in 2025 to build liquidity infrastructure for institutional digital-asset markets. In 2025, he partnered with Angelo D’Alessandro, who became the company’s chief operating officer. D’Alessandro had designed, founded, and led buddybank, UniCredit’s digital bank.[1]
Uniform Labs describes Multiliquid as a neutral, open liquidity layer connecting tokenized assets with digital cash. Beeson has framed the platform’s purpose as enabling the conversion of tokenized assets into cash and the conversion of cash back into tokenized assets, with the goal of supporting instant, continuous settlement.[1][2]
Beeson has identified liquidity and the ability to enter and exit investments quickly as constraints on the distribution and use of tokenized assets. He has described a collateral use case in which a lender could accept tokenized assets while retaining a way to receive the assets in a default, addressing the lender’s need for cash rather than the collateral itself. Other applications he has identified include collateral for borrowing or trading margin, investment of stablecoins in liquid tokenized assets, borrowing and lending, automated portfolios, and treasury and risk management in continuously operating markets. He has argued that instant settlement at scale requires sufficient liquidity.[2][4]
