Career
Nakamoto Holdings
Fabiano joined Nakamoto Holdings as Chief Operating Officer, a newly created role that was announced on August 6, 2025.[1] In this position, she oversees execution of Nakamoto's strategic roadmap, including alignment across treasury, M&A, and regional operations, in support of the company's Bitcoin‑native business portfolio.[1][11] Investor and SEC materials describe Nakamoto as a Bitcoin treasury company and digital infrastructure investment and operating platform that builds a global portfolio of Bitcoin‑native companies and sovereign‑aligned capital structures.[1][9][11] Fabiano has stated that her focus as COO is on disciplined execution, integrating high‑quality, cash‑generating businesses into a unified Bitcoin operating platform designed to compound value and deliver sustainable returns to shareholders over time.[11] At the time of her appointment, Nakamoto had announced its anticipated merger with Kindly MD, Inc. (Nasdaq: NAKA).[1]
Nakamoto (formerly Kindly MD, Inc.) was originally formed as a patient‑first healthcare company and began transforming into a Bitcoin operating and treasury company after acquiring a privately held Bitcoin treasury business through a reverse merger on August 14, 2025, and later acquiring BTC Inc, a Bitcoin‑focused media and events company, and UTXO Management GP, LLC, an investment firm focused on private and public Bitcoin companies, on February 20, 2026.[11] As COO, Fabiano’s responsibilities include integrating these acquired businesses into Nakamoto’s broader Bitcoin‑native ecosystem and aligning their operations with the company’s treasury strategy and portfolio objectives.[1][11]
David Bailey, Founder and CEO of Nakamoto, described her in a statement as "one of the most experienced and respected operators in the Bitcoin industry." [1]
Fidelity Investments
Fabiano spent seven years at Fidelity Investments from 2013 to 2020, holding roles including Director of Bitcoin Mining and Senior Program Manager.[9][10] During her time at Fidelity, she scaled the firm's mining operations, created Bitcoin‑focused products, organized Fidelity's first public events related to Bitcoin, and led institutional‑scale Bitcoin infrastructure initiatives.[2][10]
Galaxy Digital
Fabiano served as Head of Mining, and later Managing Director, at Galaxy Digital from 2020 to 2023, where she helped establish and expand the company's mining operations.[9][10] Her work there spanned principal investments, trading, investment banking, and asset management on behalf of the firm's mining clients.[1][10] It also included leading the development and scaling of large‑scale data‑center infrastructure and overseeing strategic transactions such as Galaxy’s acquisition of the Helios facility from Argo Blockchain in December 2022.[1][10]
Second Gate Advisory
Fabiano co‑founded Second Gate Advisory, a boutique advisory firm that works with growth‑stage Bitcoin and Bitcoin mining companies and institutional investors on strategy, capital deployment, and infrastructure.[1][9] She later joined Nakamoto as Chief Operating Officer, drawing on her Second Gate Advisory experience in strategy, capital deployment, and infrastructure.
Board Membership
Fabiano serves on the Board of Directors of TeraWulf Inc., which trades on Nasdaq under the ticker WULF, having joined the board in January 2024.[1][10][12] In this role, she contributes expertise in infrastructure development, operations, and capital deployment.[1][10]

Fabiano has spoken at multiple Bitcoin industry conferences, including Bitcoin Asia 2025 in Hong Kong as COO of Kindly/NAKA, Consensus Miami 2026 as COO of Nakamoto Inc., and Bitcoin 2026 as COO of Nakamoto Inc.[3][4][5] At these events, she participated in sessions including "Powering the Future Economy: How HPC + Bitcoin Mining Changes Energy Markets for the Better," "Starting from Zero: How Do We Build Institutions from the Ground Up?," and "Inheritance: Could Your Family Access Your Bitcoin if You Died Today?" [3][4][5]
She has also appeared on podcasts discussing Bitcoin mining, including the debut episode of Mike Novogratz's "Next With Novo" and an episode of "What Bitcoin Did." [6][7] The latter was a joint interview with Jaime Leverton, then CEO of Hut 8 Mining, hosted by Peter McCormack, and focused on ASIC and mining markets and the future of Bitcoin mining. [6][7]
In June 2024, Fabiano posted on X that a group of Bitcoin miners had met with then‑candidate Donald Trump.[8] She stated that the industry needed policymakers interested in learning about Bitcoin mining and described Bitcoin mining as offering benefits including strengthening the electrical grid and creating jobs in smaller American towns.
