Amanda Fabiano

Amanda Fabiano is a Bitcoin industry executive currently serving as Chief Operating Officer of Nakamoto Holdings. She previously founded Second Gate Advisory and served as Head of Mining at Galaxy Digital and Director of Bitcoin Mining at Fidelity Investments. [1]

Career

Fidelity Investments

Fabiano spent six years at Fidelity Investments, holding roles including Director of Bitcoin Mining and Senior Program Manager. During her time there, she scaled the firm's mining operations, created Bitcoin-focused products, and organized Fidelity's first Bitcoin-related public events. [2]

Galaxy Digital

Fabiano served as Head of Mining, and later Managing Director, at Galaxy Digital, where she helped establish and expand the company's mining operations. Her work spanned principal investments, trading, investment banking, and asset management on behalf of the firm's mining clients. [1][2]

Fabiano founded Second Gate Advisory, a digital asset advisory firm working with growth-stage companies and institutional investors on Bitcoin and Bitcoin mining strategy. [1]

Nakamoto Holdings

Fabiano joined Nakamoto Holdings as Chief Operating Officer, a newly created role announced on August 6, 2025. In this role, she oversees execution of Nakamoto's strategic roadmap, including alignment across treasury, M&A, and regional operations, supporting the company's Bitcoin-native business portfolio. At the time of her appointment, Nakamoto had announced its anticipated merger with Kindly MD, Inc. (Nasdaq: NAKA). [1]

She has appeared on multiple podcasts discussing Bitcoin mining, including the debut episode of Mike Novogratz's "Next With Novo," and "What Bitcoin Did," in a joint interview with Jaime Leverton, then CEO of Hut 8 Mining, hosted by Peter McCormack, discussing the ASIC and mining markets and the future of Bitcoin mining. In June 2024, Fabiano posted on X that a group of Bitcoin miners had met with then-candidate Donald Trump, stating that the industry needed policymakers interested in learning about Bitcoin mining, and describing Bitcoin mining as offering benefits including strengthening the electrical grid and creating jobs in smaller American towns.
