In March 2026, Insoo Choi joined Shinhan Securities Co. as General Manager and assumed leadership of the company’s Digital Assets Division in Korea. His responsibilities include work related to digital asset strategy, infrastructure, scalability, partnerships, and cooperation with other organizations in the financial and digital asset sectors.

Blockchain Global

Choi served as Chief Strategy Officer at Blockchain Global from March 2024 to March 2026. In this position, he was responsible for strategy and business development, working with financial institutions on the development of financial products involving emerging technologies. His activities also covered business opportunities related to tokenization and digital asset infrastructure.

A Panda Partners

From October 2021 to February 2024, Choi served as Chief Operating Officer at A Panda Partners. His responsibilities included business planning and operational management, with a focus on regulatory strategy, internal controls, and government relations. He worked with financial institutions and legal firms in connection with the company’s application for Financial Services Commission (FSC) sandbox designation and its security token offering (STO) initiatives in Korea.
