Ron Tarter is a fintech executive, entrepreneur, and lawyer. He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of MNEE, a company focused on developing a USD-backed stablecoin on the Ethereum blockchain. ^{[1] [2]}

Education

Ron Tarter holds postgraduate degrees in both law and business. He earned a Juris Doctor (JD) from Osgoode Hall Law School. In addition to his legal training, he completed a MBA at the Schulich School of Business at York University. ^[1]

Career

Tarter began his career in the legal profession as a practicing lawyer at Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP, a major full-service corporate law firm in Canada. During his time at the firm, he specialized in advising clients on complex financial and regulatory matters, gaining experience in the legal frameworks that govern the financial industry. ^[1]

After his tenure in corporate law, Tarter transitioned to the fintech sector, focusing on digital assets. Prior to his current venture, he led RockWallet, a self-custody crypto wallet application developed for U.S.-based customers on iOS and Android platforms. ^[1]
