De¹ is a financial-intelligence platform established in 2020 that combines artificial-intelligence training with real-market execution. It is building an on-chain “Financial World Model” intended to connect market simulation with live execution, using actual fills rather than simulated outcomes as the basis for its market data and training signals.[1][2]
The platform reports $40.75 billion in lifetime processed volume and 3.1 million total contributed users.[2]
RootData lists De¹ as established in 2020 and identifies YZi Labs as an investor.[1] In its September 4, 2026 article, De¹ described itself as backed by YZi Lab, Amber Group, and Multicoin.[3] [4]
De¹ describes its system as a financial “physics engine” that brings together five components: an execution engine, a verifiable off-chain trajectory based on signed execution, a data layer that turns real fills into reward labels, privacy-preserving training intended to prevent strategy leakage, and a live financial world model for agents.[2]
The execution engine routes trading intent across on-chain and dark liquidity. The platform describes its execution layer as using reinforcement-learning-based execution and unified liquidity, while its world model is intended to represent on-chain market microstructures in a high-fidelity environment.[2][3]
De¹ says finalized trades supply the model with signals derived from live executions, including executable price, route, liquidity conditions, slippage, and market impact. It attributes each signal to the trader’s account and records the contribution in a “Signal Passport,” which it presents as verifiable evidence of the contribution and a claim to a share of what that contribution helps train.[3]
The platform frames trading as both execution and data contribution: real fills supply labels and market signals that can inform the model across different market conditions and trading approaches. De¹ has described privacy-preserving federated-learning frameworks as part of its training infrastructure, alongside a data flywheel based on live capital flows.[2][3]
De¹ presents its model as applicable beyond trading. Its stated use cases include tokenized assets as programmable environments; stablecoin corridors for cross-border money movement with live liquidity feedback; lending markets that learn from repayment, liquidation, and stress; insurance claims workflows involving verifiable evidence, payout, and recovery; and programmable disbursement systems for aid, subsidies, stipends, and public-benefit flows.[2]
In a September 4, 2026 article, De¹ said its execution layer connected more than 1,000 liquidity sources across more than 40 chains, including Robinhood Chain. It described the system as assessing live liquidity, slippage, price impact, and fill quality when selecting routes.[3]
The article described Stock Tokens as routing assets and gave a WETH-to-AI order as an example of a multi-hop route through USDG and NVDA pools. It also said routes could cross Uniswap V3 and V4 pools and launchpad bonding curves. At the time of the article, De¹ named PONS, AI, and CASHCAT among the assets routed through the platform and said it supported more than 40 Stock Tokens, including MSTR, NVDA, SPY, and QQQ.[3]
