Laura Estefania is a communications and marketing professional whose work spans public relations, strategic communications, digital strategy, and Web3. She is the Founder and CEO of Conquista PR and also works as a Web3 communications consultant, Strategic Communications Advisor at Stabolut, and Host and Founder of Beyond Founders. [3]
Estefania graduated from the University of Navarra with a Bachelor’s in Journalism in 2014. She went on to attend the University of Vienna, where she earned her BA in Journalism and Communication Studies in 2018. She later earned her MSc in Emerging Economies and International Development from King’s College London in 2020. [2]
Estefania began her career as an Executive Assistant at Ajuriaguerra Tres S.L., followed by a role as a Sales Associate at HUGO BOSS, where she worked in customer service, team coordination, complaint management, inventory control, and visual merchandising. She later joined WildBrain as a Digital Marketing Intern, focusing on market research, trend analysis, brand management, competitor and customer reporting, translation, and sales support. From 2020 to 2021, she contributed to Chatham House’s Common Futures Conversations initiative, participating in discussions on global issues including climate change, conflict, and inequality. She then worked as a Communications Consultant at Canton Marketing Solutions before joining Montfort Communications as a PR and Strategic Communications Consultant, where she advised traditional financial firms, including asset managers, banks, and funds, on public affairs and reputation management.
In 2021, Estefania founded Blitz Equestrian, overseeing areas including purchasing, sales, customer service, brand management, product design, content creation, marketing, partnerships, and day-to-day operations. From 2022, she expanded her focus into Web3 communications through her work as an independent Web3 PR and communications consultant, advising organizations on strategic messaging, thought leadership, events, crisis communications, training, industry research, and regulatory developments. She subsequently became a Strategic Communications Advisor at Stabolut and took on additional roles as a Contributor at Criptotendencias, Host and Founder of Beyond Founders, and Co-Founder of a stealth venture. Since January 2024, she has also served as Founder and CEO of Conquista PR. [1]
At the Global Blockchain Show in February 2026, Estefania moderated a panel alongside Henson Orser of VARA, Eljaboom of Ajoobz, Felix Tion of CoinUp, Shervin Farigam of Coin Factory, and Maryna Barysheva of LKI Consulting on the future of Web3 and the relationship between regulation, community, and innovation. The panel examined how Web3 can scale without becoming overly centralized, with speakers emphasizing education, accessibility, transparency, and effective communication as means of supporting broader adoption while maintaining decentralized principles. They also discussed the possibility of regulation becoming more closely integrated into protocols through foundations and zero-knowledge identity systems, as well as challenges related to market maturity and retail participation. At the Metaworld Congress in August 2025, Estefanía participated in a panel alongside Alberto Toribio of POAP Studio, Mario Arabalaza of Cryptoplaza, and Laurin Metaverse of Lean Group on the role of design, narrative, and trust in crypto adoption. The panel examined how accessible and consistent user experiences, along with branding and emotional connections, can help introduce new users to crypto, with examples including wallet improvements and projects such as Vera Chain. The participants also discussed the influence of media and celebrity endorsements on trust, as well as differences between local and global perspectives on crypto adoption. Regulation was another focus, with the panel considering how Europe's regulatory environment can create opportunities for compliance services while presenting challenges for startups, whereas more permissive jurisdictions can attract innovation. The discussion concluded that broader adoption would depend on factors including time, effective branding and incentives, simpler user experiences, and companies' ability to navigate regional regulatory differences.
