Matsuura graduated from the University of Glasgow with a Bachelor of Engineering in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering in 2023. He also received certificates in Project Management and Finance from Delft University of Technology in 2023 and 2024. [3]
Career
Matsuura began his career as a business partnerships manager at GU Rocketry in 2021, where he focused on procurement and securing sponsorship deals, particularly collaborating with the propulsion team. In 2023, he took on a part-time role at MoonBase DAO Corp, where he created pitch decks, developed business plans, and managed partnership relations. Matsuura founded SAKEbito, a company that promotes Japanese sake culture in Europe by integrating Web3 technologies. SAKEbito aims to connect European customers with premium sake from Japan through curated collections and a membership club. [1][4]

At BananaConf Tallinn 2024, Matsuura participated in a panel that discussed the potential of tokenizing real-world assets, particularly in the alcohol industry, to revolutionize distribution.
