Together.fun (TOFU) is a social trading platform that combines trading with live community interaction and game-style progression and rewards. Its TOFU Dex brings real markets together with live token rooms, chat, chart commentary, XP, levels, avatars, and Trading Drops, and runs on Hyperliquid.[1][2]
Together.fun positions itself as a cultural hub at the intersection of trading, entertainment, and community. The concept emphasizes short-form social discovery for tokens alongside game-inspired trade execution, with Solana identified as the base chain for RugPad Royale and a user focus described as “the degen, the meme-lover, the alpha hunter.” The project frames RugPad Royale as an onboarding and gameplay environment, while its live TOFU Dex combines trading with community interaction and identity features.[1]
RugPad Royale Season 1 launched on April 8, 2026, and the official recap later said the season had wrapped. Current official documentation describes TOFU Dex as live; the Dex was reported deployed on Hyperliquid on October 8, 2026.[7][8][9][10]
The official site lists project claims including “TikTok for Tokens”-style discovery, a $TOFU rewards pool denoted as “$1M+,” an “Initial Raised” figure of $5M+, trading execution latency of 0.01 seconds, and fees of 0.05%.[2]
As of October 22, 2026, the cited project materials identify $TOFU but provide no announced TGE date or detailed token terms. The project is pre-TGE: its docs refer to $TOFU as TBA, and the Galxe listing labels the TGE status as upcoming.[1][3]
RugPad Royale was a Solana-based PvP simulation whose round outcomes used on-chain verifiable randomness (VRF). A VRF oracle supplies a random value with a verifiable proof. RugPad’s on-chain game logic used the randomness together with the stake distribution across sectors to select the winning sector and outcome, allowing participants to check the verifiable result. The official game explanation says each sector’s win probability was based on its SOL stake divided by total stakes across all nine sectors; participants in the winning sector split the prize pool according to their share of that sector’s total value locked.[8][12][13]
The current TOFU Dex is powered by Hyperliquid and brings real markets together with live token rooms, chat, chart commentary, XP, levels, avatars, and Trading Drops.[1][2]
Engagement and onboarding have included third-party quest infrastructure. The Galxe page lists Together.fun quests and rewards tied to on-chain achievements and NFTs.[3]
The project describes a phased product strategy intended to introduce mechanics, onboard communities, and transition toward a persistent social trading environment.[1][2]
RugPad Royale was a pre-launch campaign and “Fun Factory” designed to onboard users, test core game mechanics, and distribute early incentives. Documentation highlights several focal areas—core gameplay, fair play, security audit references, and airdrops and rewards—suggesting a structured approach to transparency and incentives in the early stage. Season 1 launched on April 8, 2026. It featured a satirical memecoin market simulation across nine themed rooms per round, SOL staking, on-chain verifiable randomness (VRF) for round outcomes, XP, NFTs, and rewards. The official Season 1 recap describes it as a provably fair PvP simulation on Solana and says the season has wrapped. In RugPad, a VRF oracle supplied a random value with a verifiable proof; the on-chain game logic used that randomness together with the distribution of stakes across sectors to select the winning sector and outcome. Participants could check the verifiable result. Its XP, avatars, and NFT rarity tiers now power the Dex identity system, with Season 1 reputation and assets bridged to Dex profiles.[1][7][8][12][13]
Phase 2 was described as a “fully gamified social trading experience” featuring social trading, gamified execution, identity and legacy tracking, collective action, and a creator economy. The earlier official site vision highlighted short-form, swipeable discovery of assets and community activity in a “TikTok for Tokens” format; the “Tofu Gamepad,” an arcade-inspired order-execution interface; live streams; and “Together Moments,” time-bounded, influencer-led coordination windows with potential boosted rewards for participants acting collectively. It also outlined creator and partner missions, tokenized contributor programs, and persistent progression.[1][2]
Public materials now present the live TOFU Dex on Hyperliquid. It brings together real markets, live token rooms, chat and chart commentary, trading, XP, levels, avatars, and Trading Drops.[1][2]
Current documentation defines experience points (XP) as progression earned through trading volume, milestones, and engagement. XP accumulates into levels displayed in chat, chart comments, leaderboards, and profiles; levels can unlock room permissions and cosmetics, while level rewards include Trading Drops, cosmetics, and points. The earlier product description linked XP farming to performance and profit and loss (PnL); current documentation describes the volume, milestone, and engagement-based system. Leaderboards, chat, and recognition for standout performance support social competition.[14][2]
Site materials describe a “Pre-TGE mode: ON.” An earlier roadmap listed a Q4 2026 focus on community distribution pilots, liquidity-mining pilots, unified identity and progression spanning RugPad Royale and the Arcade, and mobile app development. By October 22, 2026, current documentation described the Dex as live and referred more generally to future shared experiences, collectibles, clans, and rewards without dated delivery. These earlier items remain roadmap proposals.[2][9]
RugPad Royale operated on Solana, whereas the live TOFU Dex is powered by Hyperliquid. Documentation frames the team’s perspective as blending “institutional finance discipline” with “native cultural insight.” The project maintains public channels on Discord, Telegram, and X, runs quests on Galxe, and provides a Zealy campaign page.[1][3][4][5][6]
Community campaigns include Galxe quests such as “Together.fun | First Wave” and “RugPad Royale - Chapter 1.”[3]
The project identifies its token as $TOFU, with the token described as TBA in the docs and the TGE listed as upcoming on Galxe. As of October 22, 2026, the cited project materials provide no announced TGE date or detailed token terms; $TOFU is pre-TGE.[1][3][12]
Current XP, levels, cosmetics, and Trading Drops are platform progression features, not live $TOFU functions.[14][1]
Older RugPad campaign materials described XP converting to $TOFU at TGE and $TOFU airdrop farming and claiming at TGE. A July 2026 project post also described XP earned in each round as contributing toward a player’s $TOFU stake and upcoming rewards. Community distribution and liquidity-mining pilots appeared as roadmap proposals. Earlier product materials also described creator-economy rewards and contributor programs as planned.[15][16][2]
A DAO/governance layer has been described as a long-term plan. No governance scope, voting mechanism, or participation model has been announced.[1][2]
