In a November 2025 appearance on the Degenz Live podcast, SoHo participated in a discussion focused on sharp declines in cryptocurrency markets, including Bitcoin’s drop from approximately 84,000 within a month. The conversation examined prevailing bearish sentiment and the possibility that extreme pessimism could signal a market bottom, while also highlighting risks to traders entering short positions at lower levels. Historical price levels were reviewed to assess whether recent declines offered potential buying opportunities, with an emphasis on timing and risk management.
The discussion also addressed macroeconomic factors, including prospective Federal Reserve rate cuts and their potential effects on equities and digital assets. Additional topics included Ethereum’s performance amid broader weakness, possible selling pressure from large holders, and the influence of political developments on cryptocurrency markets. The episode concluded with audience engagement through a giveaway segment. [10]
In an April 2025 interview on the Liquidated podcast, SoHo discussed his professional background, including a 15-year career on Wall Street before entering the cryptocurrency sector, and described how his experience in macro trading and risk management informed his approach to digital asset markets. He outlined the growing correlation between crypto and traditional macroeconomic factors, particularly following developments such as ETF approvals, and noted the evolving market structure. Reflecting on his career path, he described beginning as an engineer before transitioning into macro and bond trading.
During the conversation, he emphasized the importance of discipline in trading, particularly the need to manage downside risk and cut losses when necessary. He discussed lessons from previous market cycles, including the tendency to find opportunities during periods of pessimism and excess during euphoric phases. He also addressed current market conditions, describing a tactical approach in uncertain environments while remaining positioned to respond to volatility. Additional topics included the role of community in crypto markets, the use of artificial intelligence tools to support research and content production, and reflections on how his risk tolerance and trading philosophy have evolved over time. In an August 2024 appearance on the Rekt Radio podcast, SoHo discussed cryptocurrency market conditions amid heightened volatility, referencing the impact of Japanese interest rate changes and drawing comparisons to past financial crises. The conversation addressed fragile market sentiment driven by leverage in both traditional finance and crypto, volatility in major technology stocks such as Nvidia, and the potential influence of earnings reports on broader markets. He commented on shorting strategies and the risks of overleveraged positions, emphasizing the importance of risk–reward analysis when investing, and identified Bitcoin and Ethereum as relatively more stable options than higher-risk assets. The discussion also examined the reliability of market analysts, trends in altcoins, and challenges facing venture capital investments in the crypto sector, including the possibility of down rounds. The episode concluded with commentary on memecoin volatility and the unpredictable dynamics of crypto markets. [9]

He examined Bitcoin’s price action, discussing resistance levels and liquidity dynamics, including the impact of a large memecoin presale on broader market activity. The stream included technical analysis of chart patterns, with attention to resistance zones and the possibility of a triple bottom formation in certain assets. He also noted Ethereum’s recent gains and their spillover effects on other cryptocurrencies. Throughout the session, he intermittently participated in online gambling while discussing trade setups, risk management, and market strategy. He emphasized the importance of actively managing positions and adjusting stop levels to mitigate downside risk. The livestream featured continuous audience interaction and concluded with remarks about returning to stream the following day. [7]
