Hiroshi Harada is a Japanese certified public accountant and tax accountant who serves as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Jasmy and co‑founder and CEO of JANCTION, an AI‑focused Layer 2 / DePIN‑style GPU infrastructure project incubated by Jasmy.[1][2][6][7] Within Jasmy he leads token strategy and finance, including global exchange listing strategy for JasmyCoin and capital policy and investor relations for the company.[1][2][7]
Hiroshi Harada was born in 1985. He graduated from Tokyo Metropolitan University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.[1]
After passing the Japanese Certified Public Accountant (JICPA) examination in 2008, Harada began his career at KPMG AZSA LLP. During his 11-year tenure at KPMG, he specialized in statutory auditing for listed companies across various sectors such as broadcasting, construction, and manufacturing, and provided support in IPO processes.[2]
Around 2019, Harada established an independent professional practice providing accounting, auditing, IPO and M&A advisory services, drawing on his experience in statutory audits and capital markets work.[7] In January 2020, he formally joined Jasmy Inc. as CFO, taking responsibility for accounting, finance, taxation and investor relations at the company.[2][1] His role at Jasmy expanded to include token strategy and exchange relations, contributing to JasmyCoin’s listings on major international platforms such as Binance and Coinbase and to the company’s broader capital strategy.[1][7]
In 2023, Harada became representative director and CEO of JasmyLab Inc., which operates as the company behind the JANCTION brand and provides GPU infrastructure services and technical support for AI, machine learning and 3DCG rendering.[6][7] In 2024 he co‑founded JANCTION itself and took on the role of CEO, positioning it as an AI‑focused Layer 2 / DePIN‑style GPU infrastructure project incubated by Jasmy and linked to JasmyLab’s operating activities.[1][7][6] Harada continues to work as a Japanese certified public accountant and tax accountant alongside these executive roles.[1][7]
