Ryo Kato
Ryo Kato is a Japanese crypto and Web3 executive, who serves as Representative Director and CEO of HashHub Inc., a blockchain research and consulting company and subsidiary of SBI Holdings. He holds concurrent director roles at SBI Digital Hub, DeFimans, and CoinPost. [1][2]

Kato graduated from the Faculty of Law at Keio University and later obtained an LL.M. from Northwestern University. [1][3]
Career
Kato began his career in Nomura Holdings' legal department before moving to Nomura Securities' corporate information department. [1]
He later joined SBI Holdings, serving in the President's Office, Expo Promotion Office. He went on to become Deputy General Manager of SBI Securities' Strategic Business Promotion Department, where he executed numerous mergers and acquisitions in the Web3 and crypto asset space. [1][3]
