Muur began her journey in crypto in 2016 during her linguistics studies, learning about Bitcoin from a Swedish friend. She purchased her first Bitcoin at $600 and later utilized the Steemit platform to generate content and earn crypto rewards, providing financial relief following a car accident. Opting for a career in Web3 over a government position in Sweden, she entered the crypto marketing and content production field, embracing the blockchain industry as a dynamic and collaborative space. Initially drawn by financial necessity, she came to view Web3 as a unique and innovative community united by a shared spirit of adventure and risk-taking.
Her professional background includes working as a translator at ABBYY in Moscow from August 2015 to April 2017. She then moved into content leadership roles, serving as Chief Content Officer at SONM from April to December 2017 and later at Suicide Ventures from June to December 2017. From February 2019 to February 2020, she worked as Editor-in-Chief at Xena Exchange, managing editorial content. In 2020, she briefly joined Alpha5 Exchange as an Internet Marketing Manager before becoming Chief Marketing Officer at EMIREX from December 2020 to September 2021, where she directed marketing initiatives in Dubai.
