DeTrip
DeTrip is a blockchain-powered travel platform that facilitates hotel bookings, property rentals, and travel experiences using both cryptocurrency and traditional payment methods. The platform aims to enhance user control and cost efficiency through tokenized rewards, anonymous booking options, and decentralized governance. [4]
Overview
DeTrip is a blockchain-powered travel platform that combines traditional travel services with Web3 features. It provides access to over 2.6 million hotels globally. It supports payments in more than 160 cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether (USDT), alongside standard options like Visa and Google Pay. The platform integrates Web3 elements such as non-fungible tokens (NFTs) and a native cryptocurrency token to create a travel ecosystem for crypto companies and digital nomads. Property owners can list their accommodations directly on the blockchain, offering secure and transparent transactions. DeTrip also includes features like personalized accommodation recommendations for Web3 event attendees and enterprise travel management solutions for crypto businesses, designed to simplify employee travel planning and expense management.
