McHenry has 15 years of experience creating live events and has been working in the cryptocurrency space for 7 years. He was an award-winning pioneer in the cannabis industry. Additionally, he was a Sales Director for a $40M annual revenue logistics company. [2]
Rare Evo
Rand McHenry co-founded Rare Evo in June 2021 alongside Wes Parkinson, Evan Fischer, and Nathan Mantia. The mission of Rare Evo is to curate a hybrid experience of blockchain events in the industry into a single unique, yet annual convention. [3]

The Rare Evo convention is set to take place from August 15th - Aug. 17th, 2024. Thursday the 15th will consist of exhibitor build-out in the expo hall during the afternoon while hosting a pre-event party (accessible to only VIP ticket holders, Special Guests, and Sponsors) in the evening. Friday (16th) and Saturday (17th) will be two full days of keynote speeches, panels, workshops, expos, and entertainment. [3]
The event will be hosted at Caesars Palace, Las Vegas featuring over nine restaurants, a spa, seven pools, and a Casino experience. It is located at 3570 S Las Vegas Blvd, Paradise, NV 89109. Expected speakers and guests include Charles Hoskinson, Navin Vethanayagam, Sam Kazemian, Willayna Banner, Jullian Duran, Raquel Buscaino, Dr Navjit Dhaliwal, Daniela Barbosa, Marc Vanlerberghe, Micky Watkins, Margie Feng, Austin Arnold, Aaron Arnold, Dan Friedman, etc. [3]
