Education
Ryan Noble attended the British International College from 2009 to 2011. In 2012, he went to CTI for a BTec. HND in Information Systems: Engineering, Information Technology. In 2015, he earned his Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems from Heriot-Watt University. [2]
Career
Ryan Noble started out in 2013 as a Software Engineer at Detectmobile. Afterward, he joined Firewater Interactive as a Junior Developer until March 2016. In April 2016, he joined Hellocomputer as a Full Stack Developer and also served as a Developer at Wonderland Collective. [2]
In January 2018, Ryan co-founded Protea Ecosystem[5] and served as the Tech. Lead for the company until 2020. During this time, he was also at Molecule Protocol as a Senior Engineer & Blockchain Researcher, and at Linum Labs as the Lead Blockchain Developer. Here, he was responsible for leading smart contract architecture design & implementation for the internal and external projects as well as the development of the associated DApps. [2]
In January 2020, Ryan served as a Software Engineer at ChainSafe Systems, an R&D firm specializing in blockchain and web3 infrastructure until February 2024. [2]
He is a Course Instructor at Web3 Sanctuary creating content and presenting course material alongside fellow instructor Tamara Ringas. He is also an Engineering Partner at Mento Labs, the development team of economists, engineers, and Web3 experts behind Mento, a multi-currency EVM platform used to launch and operate new stable assets. Solidity Fridays
Ryan Noble joined Solidity Fridays in December 2022 and serves as the Host of the program. Solidity Fridays is a weekly live-streaming series, streamed on Fridays, that provides updates on recent advancements in the Web3 domain, exploring engaging topics. [1]
Solidity Fridays premiered on the Twitch platform on November 12, 2021, with hosts Ben Sparks, Will Schwab, and Rory Simmonds, who are proficient in the programming language Solidity. Initially associated with Linum Labs, a Swiss-South African blockchain development company affiliated with ETH Cape Town in 2019 and 2023, the hosts have since parted ways with Linum Labs. Their objective remains guiding early viewers through the latest developments in Web3 by navigating the complexities of code. [1][8]
