Andrey Lazorenko is an entrepreneur and technology executive whose career has focused on blockchain, digital infrastructure, and venture investment. In 2016, he co-founded IdeaSoft.io and served as its Chief Executive Officer until 2025, overseeing the company's growth as a Web3 development and consulting firm. During this period, IdeaSoft participated in numerous , enterprise, and public-sector technology projects and collaborated with organizations including , Near, Securitize, Worldcoin, Stellar, and .

Alongside his work at IdeaSoft, Lazorenko held operational and advisory roles in technology and investment ventures.
