Luis Vaello Garcia is a business and operations executive with a background in , financial technology, international business development, and operational management. Career

Garcia began his career in retail and business operations, working as a Store Manager at Movilsat Centro Tecnológico while also holding roles at Reciclafon. At Reciclafon, he progressed from Warehouse Manager to International Business Development Manager, where he led business development across Asia, Europe, and Africa; supported ERP and website development; and managed warehouse, technical, and office staff. He later served as Vice President of the Asociación Valenciana de Bitcoin y otras criptomonedas, an organization focused on and other in Valencia.

In 2015, Garcia joined Bitnovo as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing day-to-day operations and initiatives involving partnerships, adoption, fraud prevention, money laundering controls, and / processes. He subsequently became Chief Operating Officer at bitsa, where he led operations for an electronic money account offering prepaid Visa services and -related products.
