Rialto

Rialto is an on-chain spot exchange for trading tokenized equities, ETFs, commodities, assets, and pre-IPO assets with best-execution routing within the ecosystem. Launched from stealth in July 2026 after about one year of development, the project was developed in collaboration with Robinhood Crypto, Offchain, and , and uses a proprietary automated market maker model called PropAMM.

Technology & Architecture

Rialto's liquidity mechanism is implemented as proprietary called PropAMMs. These on-chain market makers quote prices based on their own pricing logic and inventory rather than using a passive constant-product pool. Rialto's PropAMM implementation, Rivo Altus, provides baseline on-chain liquidity while competing alongside conventional DEX pools and third-party market makers for individual quotes. The platform quotes candidate liquidity sources on-chain at request time, ranks routes by expected output net of gas costs, and settles the selected route. The implementation uses Arbitrum's Stylus tooling for custom on-chain pricing logic and relies on 's low block times and composability. [5] [3]

Products & Use Cases

At launch, Rialto supported trading of more than 90 tokenized Robinhood stock tokens alongside major crypto assets. Users can self-custody equity tokens and use them as collateral with third-party lending services. Rialto also operates a token issuance/launch mechanism called Varo, based on V3 contract architecture, which enables tokens with a fixed supply to be traded via integrated liquidity positions without custom bonding curves.
