Education

Kevin He earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Engineering from Tianjin University and a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Software Engineering from Peking University. [6]

Career & Experience

Kevin He is a technology entrepreneur and developer with experience spanning software engineering, public architecture, and infrastructure.

He began his career in 2010 at Kaixinren Information Technology, where he held roles ranging from engineer to technology manager, contributing to the development of social and mobile games, including Happy City, one of China’s early large-scale social games. From 2013 to 2017, he co-founded Bugtags, a SaaS platform providing testing and task management tools for app developers. The platform reached significant adoption, serving tens of thousands of enterprise users and millions of daily active devices.

In 2018, He joined YOUChain as Chief Architect, where he led the design and launch of its public . His work included overseeing research and development, building community engagement through technical publications, and contributing patents and open-source tools.

From 2020 to 2022, he served as Senior Technical Director at , leading research and development efforts for the Huobi Eco Chain (HECO) and other . He directed teams that built public chain infrastructure, cross-chain bridges, and applications across sectors such as , GameFi, and .

He subsequently became Vice President of Technology at New Huo Tech (formerly Sinohope) from late 2022 to early 2024, managing product and engineering for digital asset custody and wallet infrastructure.

In 2024, He co-founded Bitlayer, a project developing BitVM-based solutions to expand role in . [1] [5] [6]
