Otherdeed Expanded offers an opportunity for users to acquire virtual land and assets on Otherside that enable them to play future games released by Yuga Labs. By utilizing blockchain technology, it ensures secure ownership and verifiable scarcity of digital assets. The project allows participants to buy, sell, and trade virtual land and assets, creating a dynamic economy within the Otherside metaverse. [3][4][6]
These are NFTs that represent virtual land parcels within the Otherside metaverse. Each land parcel has one or more of the four resource types and is built on one of five sediment tiers. [1][4]
They were made available in April 2023, through the Koda Decoupling and Vessel Claiming event, where users' Otherdeeds were burned and became part of the Otherdeed Expanded collection. [5]
