To engage in training and challenges on LILLIUS, users require "training energy," with the amount needed for each activity predetermined. Completing challenges and training earns rewards commensurate with the energy expended. Daily energy allocations are granted to users holding LILLIUS NFTs, the quantity and level of which dictate the amount received.
