Zentry
Zentry is a crypto and AI infrastructure project described as a Human-Agentic Operating System designed to facilitate co-evolution between humans and artificial intelligence. The project, which rebranded from GuildFi in 2024, aims to create a user-owned data economy by transforming human activities into structured data to train and enhance AI agents. [1] [2]
Overview
Zentry's core mission is to build the foundational infrastructure for what it terms a "new human-AI civilization." The project's central thesis is that current AI models are limited by their reliance on static, outdated datasets. To address this, Zentry proposes a system that utilizes "living data", fresh, contextual signals generated from real-time human actions and interactions, to power a perpetual engine of intelligence. This system is designed as a self-reinforcing cycle: human participation in Zentry's applications generates high-quality data; this data is used to train and improve AI agents; and these enhanced AI agents, in turn, amplify human capabilities and create new value within the ecosystem. [3] [4]
The project contrasts its model with traditional platforms that monetize user data for their own benefit. Instead, Zentry aims to establish a user-owned economy where participants are rewarded for their data contributions and benefit from the collective intelligence they help create. The entire ecosystem is built upon a vertically integrated, three-layer architecture known as the Zentry Stack. [5]
The project was formerly known as GuildFi, a Web3 gaming platform. In April 2024, it underwent a comprehensive rebranding to Zentry to reflect a broader focus on the convergence of gaming, social platforms, and AI. This transition included a token migration from the GF token to the new ZENT token. [6]
History
The project originally launched as GuildFi, a platform focused on building a Web3 gaming ecosystem. On April 23, 2024, the project announced its official rebranding to Zentry, marking a strategic pivot to a broader vision encompassing AI and data infrastructure. The rebrand included a token migration, where holders could convert the original GF token to the new ZENT token at a ratio of 1 GF to 10 ZENT. [6]
Following the rebrand, the original GuildFi platform was officially closed on August 31, 2024, to finalize the transition to the new Zentry ecosystem. On August 29, 2025, the project formally announced the "Zentry Era," publicly detailing its mission to build a Human-Agentic Operating System and revealing its core technology stack and flagship application, zTerminal. [3] [7]
The beta testing program for Zentry's new platform concluded on September 20, 2024. An upgraded version of zTerminal was subsequently launched on October 17, 2025, featuring enhanced user interface and AI response capabilities. According to the project's roadmap, the launch of Radiant, a gaming metagame, was scheduled for Q3 2024, followed by Zigma, an NFT collective, in Q4 2024, and Azul, an AI gaming agent, in Q1 2025. [6] [7]
Technology
Zentry's infrastructure is built on a vertically integrated system called the Zentry Stack, which consists of three interdependent layers designed to create a continuous feedback loop for data generation and intelligence compounding. [4]
The Zentry Stack
The architecture is designed to capture real-time data from human activity, use it to empower AI agents, and integrate gamification as a core mechanic to drive participation. [3]
zApp (Application Layer)
The zApp layer is the user-facing component of the ecosystem, consisting of AI-native applications that serve as the primary interface for human interaction. These applications are designed with gamification, programmable distribution, and incentivization to encourage user participation. The attention, engagement, and capital generated within these apps produce the "living data" that fuels the lower layers of the stack. Users are positioned as both the source of this data and the primary beneficiaries of the value it creates. [4]
zAI (Agentic AI Layer)
The zAI layer is described as a "playable agent society" that functions as an AI studio, protocol, and social network for AI agents. It provides a synthetic environment where agents can evolve both autonomously and through interaction with humans via collaboration and competition. This layer facilitates the creation, tokenization, and coordination of AI agents, which can act as personalized extensions of users, possess modular skills, and operate with embedded incentives. The goal is to amplify human potential through hyper-personalized intelligence. As of August 2025, the zAI layer was live but in a private testing phase with over 30 self-organizing agents trained on 24 billion parameters. [3]
zData (Data Layer)
zData is the foundational data backbone of the Zentry operating system. Its purpose is to overcome the limitations of static AI training datasets by providing a continuous stream of real-time, contextual data. The layer aggregates raw data from over 100 sources, including Zentry's native apps, on-chain activity, gaming interactions, and social media. This data is then processed through a three-stage pipeline:
- Data Warehouse: Ingests and stores raw data signals in a secure, permissioned environment where they are cleaned, formatted, and timestamped.
- Data Engine: Enriches the raw data, fills contextual gaps, and verifies accuracy using a combination of automation and human review.
- Data Hub: Delivers the processed intelligence to the ecosystem, building user graphs for personalization and making data accessible to developers via APIs, SDKs, and oracles.
As of September 2025, the zData layer managed over 296 TB of data, streamed 970 GB daily for AI consumption, and had collected over 100 billion signals from more than 150,000 users. [5]
Ecosystem Products
Zentry's ecosystem includes a suite of native applications and a game publishing arm.
- zTerminal: The flagship application of the zApp layer, described as an "agentic terminal for the open web." It functions as an AI-powered co-pilot and crypto information platform, integrating on-chain metrics, market data, and social sentiment into a single conversational interface. The integrated AI assistant, zAI, allows users to perform research and gain insights through natural language queries. [8] [7]
- Radiant: A "game-of-games portal" and gamer rewards application. It is designed to allow users to convert their gameplay from various Web2 and Web3 titles into passive income while generating valuable gaming data for the ecosystem. [9]
- Zigma: An upcoming experimental project focused on combining AI-native NFTs, community-driven intellectual property (IP), and "agentic play" to create new forms of entertainment. [4]
- Azul: A planned AI agent designed specifically for gaming applications. [6]
- Maxion: Zentry's Web3 game publishing division. Through Maxion, the project holds the IP rights to several games, including titles from the Ragnarok series. [6]
Tokenomics
The native token of the Zentry ecosystem is ZENT, an ERC-20 token that also exists on other blockchains.
- Supply: ZENT has a maximum supply of 10,000,000,000 tokens and a total supply of approximately 9.7 billion tokens. [1]
- Multi-Chain Presence: The ZENT token is available on multiple blockchains, including Ethereum, Ronin, BNB Smart Chain, and Base. [1]
- Utility and Governance: The ZENT token serves several functions within the ecosystem:
- Agentic Currency: Acts as the primary medium of exchange for services and payments.
- Staking and Rewards: Users can stake ZENT to earn rewards from the Zentry ecosystem and its partners.
- Holder Privileges: Unlocks tiered benefits, reward multipliers, and other exclusive perks for token holders.
- Treasury Value Accrual: The token is designed to capture economic value from the ecosystem through mechanisms like buybacks and redistributions.
- Governance: Grants holders the right to vote on proposals concerning protocol upgrades, integrations, and incentive structures.
The ZENT token replaced the former GF token at a 10:1 ratio during the project's rebranding in April 2024. [6]
