Taipei Blockchain Week 2024 brings together blockchain experts from around the world, with speakers like Alan Wu of Uniswap Labs, Ciara Sun of C Squared Ventures, and Richard Wang of DraperDragon, all contributing to Taiwan’s position as a growing Web3 innovation hub. From December 12 to 14 at Song Shan Cultural Park, TBW will focus on the theme “Onboard” and feature conferences, workshops, and networking opportunities, attracting startup founders, venture capitalists, developers, and students to support knowledge-sharing and foster collaboration within the blockchain community. ^[2][3]

TBW 2023

Taipei Blockchain Week 2023 focused on "Scale," exploring blockchain and AI technology advancements. Held from December 11th to 16th at Song Shan Cultural Park and Taipei New Horizon, the event provided a platform for blockchain enthusiasts, developers, and industry leaders, featuring over 50 partner and side events throughout December. Funding The Commons launched the week with discussions on public goods challenges on December 9-10, followed by a three-day hackathon sponsored by the Sui Foundation, which attracted more than 500 developers to work on blockchain solutions. On December 14-15, the TBW "Scale" Conference featured speakers and experts from across the blockchain and tech sectors, while the Sora Summit on December 16 concluded the event, focusing on the Bitcoin ecosystem, encryption, decentralized science, and NFT and DeFi infrastructure. The event drew over 5,000 attendees and included presentations and workshops from organizations like Avalanche, Google Cloud, Pantera Capital, and Ethereum Foundation. ^[4]

Taipei Blockchain Week 2022, hosted by Bu Zhi DAO in collaboration with Google Cloud, Avalanche, and the Taiwan Overseas Compatriots Foundation, featured keynotes, panels, and workshops from December 12 to 17, 2022. Bu Zhi DAO, a non-profit DAO that supported Web3 growth in Taiwan, organized the event to connect the local community and highlight Web3 talent with ties to Taiwan after ETH Taipei’s cancellation. The theme "Bridge" focused on fostering Taiwan's potential as a Web3 hub by bridging knowledge and networks within the blockchain community. The event included a main conference from December 12 to 14, a developer boot camp from December 15 to 17, and various side events throughout the week. ^[5]
