VIP and Community members have governance rights based on staked tokens, with VIP tokens carrying four times the voting power. The DAO handles position liquidation, using profits to buy back $MBDAO tokens from the market. The DAO fund is central to the Moonboots ecosystem, employing a multi-strategy investment approach that includes venture capital, liquid strategies, OTC deals, and tokenized real-world assets for diversification. $MBDAO tokens provide access to the ecosystem, govern the investment fund, and enable staking for governance and profit redistribution.
