About Crashius Clay

Crash’s trading career showcases his remarkable adaptability and success. Beginning in the stock market, he gained recognition by publicly sharing his strategies on Crash Trading's YouTube channel, starting on August 28, 2020. However, his talents weren't confined to stocks alone. He transitioned to the crypto space, earning the nickname ‘Crash’ after his impressive feat of shorting Bitcoin at its peak of $69k and placing longs at its bottom of $16k. Expanding his ventures, Crash delved into the meme space, where he made headlines by calling Brett and transforming $15k into over $10 million and counting.

He is hailed as the most successful 13-year-old memecoin trader in history. Anything he touches or mentions, whether endorsing it or not, tends to surpass a market cap of 500 million to 1 billion or more. Crash is credited with assisting numerous individuals in earning thousands and even millions of dollars through his recommendations, a fact openly acknowledged by many beneficiaries who express gratitude towards him on social media. Despite freely sharing his insights with followers, Crash continues to face significant criticism from certain quarters.

Crash's top 5 memecoin portfolio includes , , BOBO, , and REDO, currently valued at over $14 million. He has expressed intentions to hold this portfolio to between $100 million and $300 million by the end of the cycle. These tokens, which he publicly favors, have enabled many people to achieve wealth that would have been otherwise unattainable through conventional means.[3]

Overview

wikiIt all started when Dicey, the developer behind Crash, heard about CrashiusClay in early 2024 and began following him on Twitter. As a college student in debt, he turned $100 into $10,000 by following his Brett call.[5]

Crash changed my life. He did some crazy things, like that Brett call. I was late to it, but I still made a bag, which helped me pay for a lot of things I needed. Without him, I wouldn't be in this space because I lost a lot trading futures.

Inspired by his profit, Dicey decided to launch a coin in honor of the influencer, naming it after him. He wanted to show his appreciation and represent the influencer positively. Before launching the main Crash on Base, Dicey attempted his first launch using ApeStore after coming home from school. Despite the fair launch, Dicey lacked experience, and while the market cap briefly hit $300K, the volume eventually dropped. Feeling discouraged, Dicey found motivation in his supportive community member, who encouraged him to launch the second Crash meme, now known as Crash on Base.[4]

The launch of Crash took over a week. Dicey dedicated himself to messaging CrashiusClay for ten consecutive days, informing him about his plan to launch a fan coin in his honor and asking for his involvement. Each day, Dicey sent a unique message, ranging from interview requests to share his story with a wider audience to wishing him a Happy Father's Day. Despite not receiving any response from CrashiusClay, Dicey remained determined. He even sent a supply of $Crash, which he purchased himself, hoping to capture CrashiusClay's attention for the newly launched project.

Things took a great turn when CrashiusClay finally noticed the project's success and was inspired by Dicey's story. He tweeted about it to his over 160K Twitter followers. This story touched thousands of people, including CrashiusClay himself, highlighting Dicey's perseverance and success despite starting with a low budget.[6]

I am very inspired by this story
a College student in debt who has been following me turned $100 into $10,000 following my calls this last year
10 days straight he told me about he was going to launch a fan coin on me
Last week he had $10 dollars in his bank account he told me (he still does)
But now through positivity and persistence and spamming me with messages trying to support me
He has one of the top-performing coins ever on Base made in honor of me [7]

Crash was launched on ApeStore with a fair launch by Dicey on Wednesday, June 19th. Initially, it surged to a $30K market cap but then quickly dropped back to $16K with zero volume for about five hours. However, within a few days, it managed to achieve over a $1 million market cap. The turning point occurred when Dicey organized the first Twitter Space on Saturday, June 22nd, to inform listeners about Crash and the rationale behind launching the tribute coin. At the beginning of Twitter Space, the market cap stood at approximately $1 million, but by the end of the day, it had risen dramatically to over $28 million.[8]

The motivation behind creating this token was not personal profit but rather a commitment to sharing Crash's story with a broader audience. The initiative aims to highlight his market insights, public calls, and dedication to his followers, extending his success beyond the crypto community.[1]

Tokenomics

$CRASH was launched on the Base Chain through a fair launch, featuring a maximum supply of 1 billion tokens. This limited token circulation aims to foster scarcity and enhance long-term value appreciation. In contrast to many , Crash imposes no transaction taxes, promoting active trading. Additionally, it boasts locked liquidity and a renounced contract for added security and investor confidence.[9]

The of Crash on Base are crafted to promote stability, incentivize holding, and foster active community participation.

Crash tokens are available for trading on decentralized exchanges including, , , and Basedswap.

After its launch in June, the developer, Dicey, sent Crashius Clay (Crash) 6.9% of the total supply, amounting to 69 million $CRASH coins valued at over $1.2 million at a $35 million market cap.
Crashius publicly affirmed this allocation in a tweet, declaring his intention not to sell any of the tokens.[10]

The dev had sent me 6.9% which I will never touch in my 11M+ USD Brett wallet
Outside of that, I have gotten ZERO tokens[11]
