Relayers carry that intent on-chain using EIP-7702 delegation and sponsor the gas, so the user (human or AI agent) never needs the chain's native token. Funds never leave the owner's address until settlement. Q402 supports any ERC-20 with no token upgrade required.
This layer is specifically designed to connect the on-chain system with real-world assets and traditional financial flows. Its functions include managing Net Asset Value (NAV) and Proof of Reserves (PoR) with compliance triggers, enabling identity-gated voting and shareholder flows, and providing on-chain audit pipelines.
